Best Of nominations now open for Aspen, Snowmass and Basalt

Are you or your business the best in the Roaring Fork Valley? Or do you want to celebrate your personal favorites? Well then, it’s time for some friendly competition — our Best of Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt contest kicks off Wednesday!

Best of Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt is the annual contest where our readers and your customers decide the best of the best. This is your chance to recognize the people and places that make our valley special and help your favorites earn bragging rights for the coming year.

Just like last year, we’ll have the nomination round, open now, and a voting round that starts Sept. 27.

New for this year, every person and business who is nominated will advance to the voting round. During the nomination phase, nominations can be entered once per category per hour.

During the voting round, your votes will determine the winner and two runners-up in each category. Voting is limited to one vote in each category per person, per day. This means that every single vote counts, and your vote will make a difference.

Winners will be announced in the paper on Dec. 1 and at the Best Of party on Nov. 30. We can’t wait to see who you all decide is the Best Of Aspen Snowmass Basalt!
